Contractors are independent and responsible for their work, estimates, pricing, scheduling, permits, insurance, safety, employees, subcontractors, and legal compliance. Homeowners decide whether to hire a contractor. BuildRelay does not guarantee project acceptance, estimates, prices, completion, workmanship, timelines, or satisfaction.
